Job Description

Under general supervision, provides support in functional areas of a human resources department including, but not limited to:

  • Coordinate the maintenance, recording, preparation and reporting of HR data/information

  • Process all HR forms for completeness, accuracy, timing, and compliance

  • Respond to internal and external general inquiries for personnel information, policies, practices and procedures, providing verification as appropriate and directing to required internal person.

  • Manage HR files and all other HR related information

  • Providing a best-in-class HR customer experience

  • Conduct compliance audits of HR related information

  • Assist with talent acquisition administration

  • Establish, maintain and update databases, spreadsheets and other related HR records

  • Maintain all internal company bulletin boards

  • Administer facility Attendance program

  • Support company related events/activities

  • Serve as alternate Receptionist as needed

  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A two year degree or equivalent is preferred. Requires at least 5 years related experience.

Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
