The primary goal of this function is to achieve on-time delivery to enhance and improve the customer experience. This will be achieve by understanding customer priorities and working closely with Production and Supply Chain teams to ensure we meet our customer deliverables.
Will require development of proactive strategies to anticipate and mitigate issues and risks with respect to supply. Must perform a wide variety of complex planning activities to attain production objectives. Works with Engineering and related areas to develop tools and procedures to maximize facility and equipment utilization. Identify and address supply issues.
Must develop new and innovative methods of analyzing data to determine patterns and trends that will drive to action plans and change management to ensure continuous improvement. Develops proactive strategies to anticipate and mitigate issues and risks with respect to supply. Requires strong knowledge of a variety of manufacturing activities including materials production, processes and engineering.
Requires bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar. Experience utilizing SAP or similar operating system preferred but not required. A minimum intermediate level use of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel required. Experience using Microsoft Access or similar platform preferred but not required.
