Students who will be relocating during their internship / co-op, will have their travel expenses reimbursed along with being eligible for a housing allowance.

Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As the Customer Support Intern, you will support the Contact Center and Business Operations teams which interact on a daily basis with our customers and other departments within the organization, ranging from sales and marketing to product management and engineering. You will assist in executing business enhancing projects through data analytics and tool development. In this high visibility position,we will look to you to be a self-starter, and quickly adapt to change.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Business Analytics or like degree at an accredited college or university.

  • Grade Point Average of 3.25 and above.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft applications

  • Excellent collaboration and teaming skills

  • Ability to quickly learn and contribute to new projects and technologies

  • Self-driven, results oriented

  • Must be well organized and detail oriented with strong analytical abilities

  • Ability to manage time, and prioritize tasks with a sense of urgency
