Job Description

This analyst researches missing payments, lost checks, refunds, overpayments, chargebacks, NSF, and other duties assigned for Cash Sale Accounts.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Consult with customers to resolve past due balances, complaints, and verify financial and credit transactions.

  • Conduct collection calls to customers.

  • Be available during the normal business hours as well as after hours, as needed, to answer the incoming calls on the phone and jabber instant messages from the Lennox stores or customers to release orders.

  • Resolve less complex credit problems and request assistance on highly sensitive accounts.

  • Communicate with Lennox store managers and other departments such as Cash Applications, Billing and Adjustments regarding past-due accounts.

  • Releasing orders after review for appropriate payment.

Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software systems.

  • Must have prior collection experience with Business to Business collections.

  • Good analytical, numeracy and research skills.

  • Detail oriented.

  • Ability to adjust and adapt to process improvements and new systems applications.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Good negotiation skills.

  • Excellent customer relations skills.

  • SAP and Getpaid knowledge a plus

  • Must be self-motivated and able to operate with minimal supervision to meet monthly and yearly KPI’s.
