Job Description

The successful candidate must be able to commit 40 hours per week for the pre-determined length of the internship (May 6 – August 21, 2019). Lennox is looking for students with a strong desire to excel in their field and an interest in manufacturing/operations/design leadership roles. You will gain hands on experience in a manufacturing/design environment with exposure to everyday operations. We prefer Junior or Senior level ME or AgE majors. Must have completed or be enrolled in Thermo I. The internship is at the Lennox Marshalltown, Iowa plant.

This is an outstanding opportunity to develop professional expertise and contribute to a specialized team. As an intern, the person in this position typically works full-time for a defined period during a schooling break. The intern works closely with experts in the area of specialization or on teams to address critical business needs.

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Entry Level.

Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
