National Account Services (NAS) , wholly owned by Lennox International, a 100+ year old company and a world leader in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. Job Description

Under direct supervision, individual will support all NAS Safety initiatives; assist in the monitoring of GPS tracking devices, and support specific projects as assigned by Safety Manager.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for managing and monitoring GPS tracking devices; providing ad hoc reports as needed

  • Analyzing data and trends to identify focus areas

  • Work with Management to track and monitor solutions

  • Maintain and update reports periodically

  • Assists in maintaining and updating Safety documents

  • Works across departments concerning Safety inquiries

  • Identify, analyze and communicate any safety issues to Safety Manager

  • Support Safety Manager & Safety initiatives at NAS

  • Other duties as assigned


Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Minimum of three years administrative support or customer service

  • Minimum 2 years Safety field preferred

  • Ability to learn and understand safety terminology

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment.

  • Able to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focused on details.

  • General construction, general service industry experience preferred

  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software

  • Superior teamwork and problem solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.
