National Account Services (NAS) , wholly owned by Lennox International, a 100+ year old company and a world leader in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry. Job Description

General Summary:

Under direct supervision and guidance this position is responsible for all coordination and follow up of the quality inspection program and the technical training programs for the business.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Schedules and coordinates risk inspections, service calls and roof Inspections

  • Collects, compiles and reports results and status of risk inspection data

  • Administers and ensure compliance to the Quality and Risk Inspection Program

  • Communicates data and reports as needed

  • Prepares and maintains ongoing documents procedures

  • Collects, compiles and reports results and status of data

  • Administers and maintains a training management system

  • Researches training suppliers and materials as needed – including details, cost comparison, and timelines

  • Collects data and distributes data by phone, email or mail

  • Orders supplies for training department as needed

  • Other duties as assigned


Education and Experience:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience

Ability to multitask with strong organization skills

High-level of effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal plus organization and presentation skills

Ability to perform work accurately and completely and in a timely manner

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy are critical

Must be computer literate

Strong teamwork and problem solving skills

Establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with co-workers
