Provide analysis of business requirements and recommendations related to the design of new access management workflow processes and configuring existing application workflows in Hitachi IdM
Support system configuration, troubleshooting, and resolution of Hitachi IdM issues
Monitor health of IdM system, logs, and remediate or escalate
Execute and supply queries of Identity data to customers upon request
Provide technical support in all aspects of access management system design and development
Study existing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new workflows as required
Consider the impact of any changes on current systems and develop risk analysis
Assists in implementing, enforcing, communicating and developing security policies or plans for data, software applications and information systems security education/awareness programs
Facilitate periodic access reviews in Hitachi IdM
Works with IT internal audit and compliance to conduct regular process audits to ensure that systems are being operated securely, and information systems security policies and procedures are being implemented as defined in security plans
Assist team members managing identity quality by serving as subject matter expert, providing guidance and recommendations
May be responsible for instructing, directing, and leading the work of lower-level provisioning operators
Requires a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 3 years related experience.
Working knowledge with a variety of security tools including but not limited to Hitachi Identity Management, Active Directory, and security incident response.
Skilled in troubleshooting complex issues in access management systems.
SAP security knowledge and User administration.
Excellent communications skills, effective in verbal and written communication
Analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge of job-based security model
Ability to assist in the development of process flows based on business systems and customer requirements
Ability and flexibility to quickly learn new applications and software
Ability to work individually (self-motivated) and within a team environment
Strong documentation skills and willing to document all procedures
Must be able to follow procedures and train others
Able to develop IT security standards and procedures. Requires a good working knowledge networks and servers. Knows and understands information technology industry trends and emerging technologies and shows an ability to relate them to the company and its objectives. Must have excellent written and verbal skills. Requires the ability to recognize ways to improve IT security.
